THE West Yorkshire Savoyards and Todmorden Community Band will be performing in a grand concert at St Mary's Church on Saturday November 17.
The community band will be playing a good mix of well known popular pieces including Peter and the Wolf played as a march. The Savoyards who have recently returned from a tour of their current show, The Mikado will include popular songs from that show and others.
Tickets are on sale at Todmorden Information Centre (telephone 01706 818181), adults £6, concessions £5 and accompanied children of 12 and under will be admitted free. Or email: gud@f2s.com for tickets.
All proceeds will be shared between the community band, the Savoyards and St Mary’s tower fund.
