I phoned this company to ask about booking a trip. They told me that the bus wasn't full and that I could just turn up on the day and pay my money. So, myself and my wife got our young child up very early and went to the pickup point only to be refused admission because the coach was full. The only explanation I received was "They shouldn't have told you that"...and no apology.
3 years later I booked a day trip with them to Blackpool. The day was ok to be honest but the driver left 10 minutes early and there were 2 people still not on the coach !

This company is owned by a Mr D Davies...this man is a lying, cheating rat who not only tries to avoid paying his staff their due wages even though he has been taken through the correct legal avenues, he also avoids giving back refunds to customers for his shoddy services where possible.
I would avoid this sham company where ever possible

Went on two trips last year taking with me a friend from Denmark. Buses weren’t clean, I also found the drivers rude, in fact, my danish friend was disgusted at, after having to put on raincoats with the hoods up inside the bus to keep dry from the rain outside the coach, I approached the driver to let him know the roof must be leaking or something, I got the reply, that we could put up our umbrellas. Not a good advert for the coach company and was definately the very last time I used this service for my day trips out. Not a very good advert either for my foreign guest who had never in her life experienced such rudeness. An apology would have been more fitting and would probably have been accepted.

This company has never heard of good customer service. About time they reviewed the way they operate.Rude drivers, buses rarely depart on time, buses unclean. Such a shame that Huddersfield passengers have to rely solely on this bunch of cowboys!

hanson coaches we went last year 2 lights the driver was rude the toilets were locked and on the way back it rained rain came inside cqach seat got wet the passengers got wet and guess what no appologies
