Antony’s music is back after a break

THE series of informal chamber music concerts hosted and performed by Antony Brannick resumes on Saturday, January 28, after a Christmas break for more formal music making.

For the next concert, Antony is joined by regular performers Andrew Rostron (violin) and Geoff Kerr (piano). Andrew leads the Todomorden Orchestra and Geoff is a familiar face behind the timpani in the orchestra.

Whilst Antony will announce the programme on the night, he says that Andrew will be playing solo violin pieces and that a concerto is also on the agenda. Bach may be a featured composer.

All are welcome to attend this relaxed concert which takes place at 7.30pm in the Central Methodist Church.

There is no admission charge and refreshments will be provided. A retiring collection will be made.

These concerts are supported by Wrigley Claydon, solicitors.
