Your chance to join Runways team on the model catwalk
IF you have ever fancied being a model - now’s your chance!
Royle Event Management and Promotions’ in-house group Real Runways is opening its doors for new members to join at a casting day this Sunday, February 26, at the Fielden Centre, Ewood Lane, Todmorden.
It is open from 11.30am to 3.30pm, and booked to attend are Blu Planet Photography along with local make-up artists Moya Kirkman, Charlotte Lucy Barrow, Laura Escritt and Cassandra McAvoy, and local hair stylist Chloe Parfitt.
Jo Royle, of Royle Event Management and Promotions, said they were there “all to make you look your best and take some great profile pictures, which once you are registered will appear on our company website www.Royle-events.com
“We will also produce your profile card which potential clients will browse to identify suitability to market their product.”
Jo explained that potential models should wear something of their choice keeping in mind you need to look your best - casual smart.
“They should also bring ID such as passports, driving licences and birth certificates and also their measurements in inches to complete the registration form, although the Royle Events Team will be on hand with tape measures!
“You will be required to walk down a catwalk for us to view your suitability but it is all very informal and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere.
“This event is open to children aged four years or over) as well as adults - ladies and gents up to any age, our oldest is 65,” she said.
Jo said the company’s knowledge and expertise of products and compa lies in promotion, product launches, modelling personnel, promotion staffing, corporate hospitality, fashion industry functions and charity events.
Real Runways are the in-house members’ group which makes up a large part of the Royle Event Management and Promotion business model.
Jo saisd they provide authentic and identifiable models for promotional purposes, building real and reliable relationships with clients.
“At Real Runways we understand that real people come in all shapes, sizes and ethnicities and we carefully select our models to embody these criteria.
“Our models all have prior experience in the field and represent each of our clients and products with genuine poise and interest,” she said.
