Car ploughs into wall - Wednesday tea-time

A MOTORIST was injured when a car ploughed into a wall.
Police, fire crews and ambulance services were called to Rochdale Road, Walsden, Todmorden, at 5.10pm yesterday (Wednesday) after a red Range Rover veered off the road and into the wall.

The 34-year-old driver was taken to Rochdale Infirmary.

Long traffic queues formed as Calderdale Council highways workers cleared up oil on the road.
