A TRIAL of an man with an anti-social behaviour order who allegedly caused a three-hour armed police siege has been abandoned.
Kevin Holroyd, 57, will be retried at a later date for harassment and affray.

The trial was abandoned after prosecutor Lesley Dickinson told Bradford Crown Court Holroyd had racially abused a witness. The Crown Prosecution Service will now decide if Holroyd, of Well Street, Todmorden, will be charged with that offence too.
