Cyclists who fancy following in the tracks of Chris Froome and company can do so, thanks to two Calderdale men.

Friends Gareth Ott, of Skircoat Green, and Tony Sheard, of Sowerby Bridge, have produced a range of markers for the route of the Tour de France when the big race arrives in the upper Calder Valley in July.

The tablets, which are being sold at Hebden Bridge Visitor and Canal Centre, are aimed at keen cyclists who would like a memento of their efforts to complete part or all of the route, and spectators who would like a souvenir of their visit.
