Men jailed over assault

Two men have been jailed for a combined total of nearly two years after an assault in Todmorden.

James Hogan was jailed for 12 months for assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm; assault by beating and damage / destruction of property to the value of less than £5,000. Meanwhile, John Hogan was imprisoned for 10 months for assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm and damage / destruction of property to the value of less than £5,000.

The Crown prosecutor at Bradford Crown Court was Mr Glen Parsons and the lead officer in the case was DC Andrew Beech
