A wine-tasting evening for Epilepsy Action takes place tomorrow night (Fri, Jan 30).
The evening, to help raise funds for Epilepsy Action and also promoting Artsmill takes place at Artsmill, in Linden Road, Hebden Bridge, which has used funds given to it by Hebden Royd Council to provide chair lift access to the old Edwardian Mill.
The event runs from 7.30pm to 9pm and entry is £7.50.
There will be a introduction to wine tasting by resident artist and wine connoisseur Roger Lee. Music will be provided by Linden Music Studios, works of art by Artsmill artists will be on display and there will be “posh nibbles” provided along with raffle prizes donated by the people and businesses of Hebden Bridge.
Organiser Catherine Leedham said: “My three-year-old granddaughter has three types of epilepsy and Epilepsy Action has been a massive support for information for me and my family and continues to help us understand her condition.”
