A newly updated and re-worked version of an old classic is being made available to visitors who call in at Todmorden Information Centre, Burnley Road.

The Todmorden Trail, which mixes text and images and now boasting a fold-out map, aims to direct visitors and local people alike around some places of interest within easy walking distance of Todmorden town centre.

Centre trustees Pam Booth, Richard Storah and Margareta Holmstedt have brought the old version, which was last published in 1979, bang up to date and it has been printed and published by Creative Graphics, of Todmorden. Gordon Rigg’s Garden Centre helped finance the project as did Calderdale Council. Pictured are, from the left, Peter Rigg, Richard Storah, Pam Booth and publication designer Gary Fisher.
