Businessman’s plea after computer theft
A businessman is offering a reward for the safe return of his computer or information leading to its return.
David Stafford, of the Sofa Workshop, which is based at the Old Fire Station, Todmorden, is offering a cash sum for information leading to the return of his Apple iMac computer, which has a distinctive 27 inch screen.
It was stolen from his workshop between 10am and 12.30pm on Thursday (February 7) and David hopes that someone may have seen something as his premises are on the main Rochdale Road.
He said: “I really need the information that is on the computer, which I use for my business. For example, it includes all the before and after pictures of work I have done. It is the business information that is important.
“I’m prepared to offer a reward for its safe return or information leading to its return.”
David asks anyone to contact the police by telephoning 101 or Crimestoppers - where people can give information anonymously - on 0800 555 111. David himself can be contacted on 01706 812207.
