Complainants' problem

Todmorden.

EVERY year in July as a child of the 1940s we would go to Blackpool for a week’s holiday.

Every day we went on the sands, and every day we would watch the Punch and Judy show.

Punch and Judy never affected me in any way. I do not punch my wife and I have never kept a crocodile for a pet but I do admit to liking Cumberland sausage.

It is the people who complain about the Punch and Judy show that have the problem, not the show.
