For £470,000 hall could be yours
The former Oddfellows Hall in the centre of Todmorden is being offered for sale at an auction later this month at a guide price of £470,000 plus.
The well known building next to Todmorden Town Hall in Bridge Street is among the lots at the Eddisons auction in Leeds on February 23. The building is currently let to three tenants; Boots, Todmorden News Centre and the Platinum Lounge club, generating annual rent of £66,250, a potential return of over 14 per cent, says the auctioneers.
Tony Webber, of Eddisons, said: “This is well known building which generates a very healthy return. I expect there to be plenty of interest from investors.”
The sale takes place at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, Leeds, at 12.30pm.
