Join the forum from comfort of your own home

If you’ve ever wanted to contribute to a ward forum meeting but been unable to get there, you can now!

For the first time Todmorden Ward Forum will feature an online webchat session where you can post questions and concerns to your local councillors and council officers from the comfort of your home.

You can join the meeting for the “Police Update” and “What Matters To You” sections from 7.45pm on the night by logging onto www.westyorkshire.police.uk/epact and clicking on the Calderdale link.

“We know some people aren’t able to physically attend the Ward Forums and so this innovation means that if you can make the meeting you can still take part.” said neighbourhood co-ordinator Kirsten Fussing.

The Ward Forum will be at Cornholme Junior and Infant school next Tuesday, March 12, starting at 6.45pm. On the agenda this month are updates on rural broadband developments, Customer First changes and the progress of the Todmorden Food Bank.
