Eat:Drink:Todmorden is a one day food festival featuring over 15 food and drink producers local to Todmorden during the town’s annual Agricultural Show on Saturday, June 21.

Eat:Drink:Todmorden draws on the best of our locality and the town’s passionate local food movements like Incredible Edible and Totally Locally.

In a nutshell, this mini festival showcases food and drink producers that are passionate about what they do, and include the following.

Porcus offer fabulous free range rare breed pork, outdoor reared on their hilltop farm above Todmorden.

Pextenement Cheese Company supply high quality hand-made cheeses using their own certified organic milk from Pextenement Farm, Eastwood, Todmorden.

Todmorden Aqua Garden is the town’s aquaponic garden.

El Gato Negro is an award-winning tapas restaurant in the beautiful village of Ripponden.

Just Jenny’s make and supply farmhouse ice cream from their farm in Barkisland, near Halifax.

Retroshots produce naturally flavoured alcoholic drinks with a nostalgic feel from Cafe Artisan in Rawtenstall.

Mr Fitzpatrick’s supply vintage cordials and alcohol-free cocktails from Rawtenstall’s famous temperance bar.

The Bear is a vegetarian cafe and store in Todmorden serving up delicious organic vegetarian food, all prepared on the premises daily.

Heritage sell pickles, chutneys and relish home made in Lancashire.

The Fudge Factory supply fudge, nougat and chocolate truffles from Whitworth.

Bridestones Brewery brew award-winning craft beer and ale, from Hebden Bridge.

Cragg’s Cakes cook up artisan cakes, cookies, biscuits, brownies, flapjacks and treats from Cragg Vale.

Ice Cream Creations produce a bespoke collection of hand made ice cream cupcakes and shots.

Snowden Hill Water Buffalo, from Barnsley, supply buffalo meat which promises a “healthy burger” with 70 per cent less fat.

Saker Wholefoods supply organic real bread, baked in Todmorden.

Crossmoor Honey sell Lancashire blossom, heather and wildflower honey.

Incredible Farm, at Walsden, is now a stand alone not for profit company.
