FAMILIES served and prepared delicious food as two schools came together to celebrate Eid.
Year two children from Walsden St Peter’s School joined pupils at Ferney Lee Primary School, Todmorden, for the annual celebration.
The children are pen pals and invited their friends to come and have a meal, which was prepared by families from the local Asian community, and take part in different activities. Anne Dobson, from Ferney Lee Primary School, said: “A good time was had by all.”
