Roll up your sleeves for annual flu day

Todmorden Group Practice would like to invite its patients to attend for their flu jabs on Saturday October 6.

The annual flu day, which is becoming known as a social event within Todmorden, will be held at Todmorden Health Centre from 9am until 4pm.

Patients should have the vaccine if they are in one of the risk groups, including all patients aged 65 and over.

GPs will meet and greet patients and direct them to a team of five nurses ready to administer the vaccine.

The Forget Me Not Trust will be serving tea and coffee for patients afterwards.

Local charities will also have stalls in the foyer.
