I WOULD just like to say thank you very much to the driver of my bus one morning this week.
I had lost one of my baby’s very first shoes on the bus and after ringing the bus station in a panic, he was fantastic and personally delivered it back.
I know people moan about public transport but this was so much more than service with a smile and I wanted to say a big thank you.
What started out as a bad day (got caught in the rain, bad hair day, lost a shoe and came home to a pile of dog poo on my cream carpet!) soon made me smile. Thank you! JADE TAYLOR
