UPDATE: Attempts continue to fix phone network problem

DISRUPTION to the mobile phone network in Todmorden is ongoing as a service provider continues its attempts to fix the problem.

Vodafone customers in the area have been unable to make or receive calls for almost a week since the problem began last Tuesday, August 28.

A spokesperson for Vodafone said: “We have five different sites in the area which serve Todmorden. Three are currently working fully but the remaining two have a problem with the links to them.

“These links are provided by a third party and we have asked the supplier to fix these as a priority.”
