STUDENTS will be flagging up their support for a memorable British summer.

Pupils who attend Todmorden High School’s hobby club have made multi-coloured bunting triangles based on the British flag.

They will be put up to decorate the school for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics.

During lunchtime sessions, hobby club members learned basic sewing machine skills and experimented with different colours in order to produce the flag-inspired designs.
