BROTHER Alan Fielder presented £200 to 2447 (Calder Valley) Squadron Air Training Corps at the group’s Charlestown headquarters, Hebden Bridge.

He presented the money on behalf of the Worshipful Master and Brethren of the Lodge of Prudence, Todmorden.

The money is part of an overall amount raised by Worship Brother Clive Hartley, which has been distributed to good causes in the local area.

A spokesman for Calder Valley Squadron said they were very grateful for the donation and thanks the masonic lodge for its commitment to good causes.

Last weekend the squadron helped out at Todmorden Agricultural Show, where they had a stand and were on hand to answer inquiries about what they have to offer, and on Sunday they will be helping with the clear-up after this Saturday’s Mytholmroyd Gala - a busy time for the corps.
