A church is inviting people to a series of reflections during Lent.
Central Methodist Church, Bramsche Square, Todmorden, will hold 20-minute reflections at 12.30pm on each Sunday throughout Lent, starting on March 9 and ending on Easter Sunday, April 20.
The format will be a short prayer, spoken reflection, music, quiet moments and a blessing.
A spokesperson said: “We would like to invite visitors, Sunday shoppers, anyone with 20 minutes to spare or who is nearby, to take up something for Lent.
“We would like to give each of us the opportunity for a moment of stillness and reflection in the midst of our busy lives.”
The sessions will follow a theme of reflections from “The Heart’s Time” by Janet Morley.
