TODMORDEN studios taking part include the ntAMa Gallery on Halifax Road and, at an outpost in Lydgate, at the Robinwood Mill home to Studio 26.
Studio 26 in Lydgate is based at Unit 3 at Robinwood Mill where the artists will be waiting to greet visitors with a glass of wine or cup of tea and a slice of cake. Emma Wilkinson, founding member of Studio 26, whose work will be on display alongside fellow artists Clare Gee, Rachel Johns, Amy and Sue Mellis, Barbara Milburn, and Shelagh Whitehead, said: “Studio 26 will also feature a table of seconds for sale so alongside the chance to purchase original pieces of work there will be some real bargains up for grabs!”
The ntAMa Gallery on Halifax Road, is showing the work of Sakinah Haq and Janice Roberts, recent graduates from Todmorden in their first formal gallery show. ntAMa’s resident artist Sally Darlington is displaying work at the gallery plus her latest work at her Northlights studio in Hebden Bridge, in addition to some previous season’s bargains at Stoodley Café in Todmorden.
