SLOPPY passing in the first-half saw Jumping Jack's slip behind against a Windies side which didn't need a second invitation.
Jack’s hit back after the break and forced Windies to defend strongly.
All in all this was an excellent game with Windies happy to run out 16-5 winners.
Hot Toddies were without their usual shooter against Rangers but they defended strongly and
forced mistakes from the opposition.
Rangers had the firepower to win 11-3 in the end but it was a very good game, a fine advert for the league.
The pace of the Pink Panthers and Thundercats game was so high that it was always going to be a question of which side finished the strongest after the half-time interval was reached with the scores locked at 7-all.
In the end it was the Panthers who pulled away to win 19-13.
Jammies had their shooting boots on as they beat Shannon 16-4..
Tod Terriers had only six players but they were prepared to run themselves into the ground despite being on the wrong end of a 31-0 scoreline against Rodger Rangers.
