WALSDEN A kept up their challenge for runner's-up spot in A Division of the Todmorden Bowling League thanks to a victory which saw them leap-frog New Street B into third place.
New Street A’s victory over Walsden B took them over the 100 point mark for the season.

Catholic Club A had a busy time in B Division as they played at Walsden C in a fixture rained-off the previous week as well as their scheduled match against Ha
re and Hounds B.

But defeat at Walsden meant that they did not take full advantage of their game in hand against leaders Rose and Crown A.

New Street A hit three figures in the Veterans A Division standings too.

In Veterans two Lanctan hold a healthy lead but just one point separates Kirkholt A and New Street B in second place.
