Alasdair and James take titles

Seven Calder Valley runners had top 10 finishes at the British Long Distance Orienteering Championships in the Forest of Dean.

Calder High student Alasdair Pedley easily won the M16 title with Walsden’s Jack Cryer seventh. East Pennine’s James Logue won M45 and Sarah Pedley and Helen Pedley had third places.
