Woodhouse United have home advantage against next-to-bottom Richmond Hall in the Rochdale Sunday League this weekend and will be keen to keep their visitors waiting for a first win of the season.
United have only had one first division success themselves and exited the FJ Williams Trophy at the quarter final stage last weekend when beaten 5-1 away to Asia.
It was a familiar tale for Woodhouse, who only had nine men 50 minutes before kick off time and eventually scraped together 12, although Jordan Walker was carrying an injury.
Asia led 2-0 at the break, the visitors having had strong claims for a penalty waved away.
Marc Walters halved the deficit but Asia moved clear with the help of a spot kick, disputed by the visitors, for their fourth goal.
