Jacks seconds slip to defeat at Lion

Following two great victories Jacks House Seconds suffered a 8 – 2 defeat away to White Lion in Rochdale Online Alliance Division Two.

On a difficult pitch Jacks struggled to play but took the lead from a retaken penalty converted by Nathan Rooks.

White Lion then scored two, the second of which resulted in the injury to Jacks’ keeper who had to be substituted.

Despite the efforts of his stand-in, Jordan Gill, Jacks were 4-1 down at half-time.

A lacklustre display in the second half saw them concede more goals with their only good spell following a great goal by Mark Coates.
