Chess: Top of the boards
TODMORDEN are topping Division two as the Halifax Chess League enters its final stages.
It is incredibly close with two points covering the top four teams. Todmorden have to play Halifax B and Hebden Bridge C in their remaining matches so two wins will give them promotion and the league title.
The key game is expected to be with the Hebden club who defeated Todmorden earlier in the season.
