Cricket: Todmorden hope Wiese returns
TODMORDEN may have to wait until October to learn if their talented professional David Wiese will be returning next year.
Skipper Simon Newbitt said: "David has been excellent for us this year both on and off the field. He has made my first year as captain really easy.
"His performances on it have been first class as well and he has won many games on his own with either bat or ball or sometimes both."
Todmorden are certainly keen to see the return of the popular South African, who makes his last two appearances for the club this weekend.
