STONES romped to victory by nine wickets at Bridgeholme in the Halifax League Division Two game after Mick Jones had taken five for 36 to restrict the hosts to 174.
Tom Whiteley (78 no) shared stands of 62 with David Mobbs (48) and 116 with Michael Taylor to see the Ripponden side to their target in the 36th over.
Keith Hudson had top scored for Bridgeholme with 36, beating extras by one.
The seconds won at Denholme Clough. Z.Harris took four for 28 as the hosts were dismissed for 111.
