BOROUGH Reserves goalkeeper Paul Terry was kept busy as his side tried to hang on against high-flying Burnley United.
While they found themselves on the back foot for much of the game, they actually scored first.
After being battered for 20 minutes they broke away and Dave Kay put the ball into the area for Ben Sutcliffe to chip it over the keeper.
Just before the interval, the visitors levelled as they latched on to a mistake from a throw-in and followed up with a fine strike.
The second half continued with Borough on the receiving end and Terry was called upon for a string of saves.
Eventually they got the winner from a penalty.
Manager Craig Milnes was pleased with the spirit shown by his team who had previously lost 6 – 2 to their opponents.
