Todmorden Netball League round-up

Rangers dominated the second half of their game against Jacks in the Todmorden Netball League.

Jacks played well in the first half despite being a player down.

Rangers though ran out comfortable 19 - 6 winners in spite of an outstanding effort from Jacks goal attack Alison

Fluidity of passing paid off for Giants in the second half as they beat Borough Bears 15 - 9.

Giants took the lead from the start and kept control all the way through.

They defended well and created space and found the net with ease, but Borough played well and deserved a point from a good game.

Panthers beat Lions 16 - 9 in a game with lots of fast passing and on-target shooting which led to goals coming for both teams.

It was a close first half with Lions scoring quickly in succession but Panthers pulled away after the break.

Windies gave Terriers a run for their money, but Terriers took the lead thanks to great shots and ran out 19 - 8 winners. Windies were back after a long break and a bit rusty, but they soon got into their game and kept it even in the first half.

Terriers rarely missed a goal and some sloppy passing from Windies gave Terriers opportunities to steal the ball.

There was no game for Jammy Dodgers.
