Craig’s work in the frame at month-long showcase

Between March 9 and April 3, local photographer Craig Shaw will be holding an exhibition at Hebden Bridge Town Hall. .

The focus mainly being on Hebden Bridge and it’s surrounding area, with the local events that make it very special.

The exhibition will also include other fantastic examples of his current work.

Craig is an accomplished professional photographer, who is well known in the area for his regular coverage of local events, including official photography for the Hebden Bridge Arts Festival, the Hebden Bridge Blues Festival, and the much loved annual Handmade Parade.

His photographs have also appeared regularly in local and national press over the last few years, including the BBC website and The Guardian.

In addition to his event photography and photos for community groups and local press, he also provides photography services such as specialised wedding photography, commercial commissions for businesses, different kinds of portraiture, and distinctive on-location dog photography - which is personal favourite of his.

Craig is also the official photographer for local branches of the RSPCA.

His work can also be found under the business name of Blu Planet Photography, where he works with a hand picked team of local creatives on a range of projects and commissions.
