VINTAGE fans have a treat in store with a series of fairs planned that take Todmorden on a trip back in time.
The first of the vintage, craft and wares fairs will take place at the Fielden Centre, Ewood Lane, on Sunday May 6.
Further events will be held on Sunday June 3, Sunday July 8 and Sunday August 5.
Jane Ward-Heyes, from Kitty Couture hats store in Todmorden, is organising the fairs.
She said: “The inspiration for the fair came from the Made in Todmorden event held in March.
“With Todmorden having so many talented artisans, it was felt that an on-going event was needed to showcase their work.”
She said visitors will be able to find crafts, accessories, vintage clothes and homewares.
There will also be a children’s crafts and play area along with a vintage tearoom.
The events take place between 10am and 3pm and admission is free.
Shade Primary School will be the main beneficiary of the event.
