A series of workshops are being held in Todmorden, Walsden and Cornholme.

Local residents are being asked to share their views on how their communities should evolve and develop over the next few years.

This is part of the consultation process for the forthcoming Neighbourhood Plan being prepared by Todmorden Town Council. These drop-in events are for townspeople to give their opinion on a range of issues including - the future of local housing, transport, countryside and open space, flood management, health and wellbeing, young people, the economy and the development of key sites.

There are four workshops: On Saturday, March 12, 10am to 3.30pm at The Fielden Centre, Ewood Lane; Saturday, March 19, 10am to 3.30pm at Walsden St Peter’s Primary School; Saturday, April 2, 10am to 3.30pm at The Old Library, Cornholme; and Saturday, April 9, from 10am to 3.30pm at Todmorden Town Hall. Refreshments and children’s activities will be available.
