A cold and rainy day is forecast for West Yorkshire today.
It will be brightest early on, with cloud cover increasing through the morning as spells of rain gradually spread.
There will be some hill snow in place, but it will be cold throughout. There will be a maximum temperature of 7°C.
A Met Office weather warning for snow and ice remains in place for the county and is valid until 11am.
A spokesperson said: “Icy patches may affect untreated surfaces this morning, whilst further snow showers are likely - these mainly above 200 metres.
“The public are advised to take extra care and be aware of the potential for some disruption to travel.”
