The annual Hebden Bridge duck race will take place on Easter Monday, March 28.
The event, organised by the Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge, will see the river become a sea of yellow as up to 10,000 ducks take to the water, urged on by the crowds until they find their way to the finishing line. The first four ducks home will earn prize money for lucky ticket holders.
Tickets will be on sale on the day and at the square in Hebden Bridge on the weekends leading up to the race.
There will also be a sponsored race for businesses affected by the floods. Any organisation or individual can sponsor a green, red or blue duck, sponsorship costs £10 per duck, with a prize of a meal for two at Il Mulino. For more information visit www.hebdenbridgerotary.org.uk
