Solicitor Makin Dixon is closing its Todmorden office and relocating to the office the company has in Rochdale.
Makin Dixon Solicitors Ltd this week announced organisational changes and relocation of three branch offices
The latter include the move of the Todmorden branch to Rochdale.
The company says that due to the geographical spread and logistics of ten offices, combined with intensified regulation from the Legal Aid Agency and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, it has decided to relocate three branch offices to more central locations.
Staff from the Todmorden office will move to the Rochdale branch from Sunday, March 1.
Managing Partner Caroline Makin said: “‘Makin Dixon has a strong client base and client care remains our primary focus.
“ It is a major priority to ensure that these changes cause as little disruption to clients as possible and we continue to provide the high level of service that characterises the Makin Dixon Solicitors Ltd brand.
“We were losing the friendly feel of the organisation and the close knit working environment that we at Makin Dixon find most rewarding.
“The relocations of three branches will allow us to concentrate our efforts centrally and of course client care remains our top priority.’
