Classes for competition in the adult section, where prize money has been donated by Weir Minerals Engineering Ltd, include handicrafts, hand-crafted bead jewellery, woodwork, flower arranging, baking, painting, pastels or drawing, 3D art and photography.

School ages classes include baking, needlework, crafts, flower arranging, painting, handwriting, design and photography.

Demonstrations this year will include wool spinning by Todmorden fashion designers Makepiece and hand-crafted jewellery by Brenda Whiting of B’dz.

On Saturday, June 4, the section will be taking a stall on Todmorden market between 10am and 2pm to accept completed entry forms to make preparation for the day easier; adult section entries made on the day will have a £1 charge per adult.
