Burnley's English manager Sean Dyche (L) greets Manchester United's Norwegian manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer during the English Premier League football match at Turf Moor in Burnley, north west England on January 12, 2021.

Sean Dyche's side can make it five successive games unbeaten at the Theatre of Dreams - the club's longest run on the road against a single opponent - if they're able to add another point or three on the board.

The Clarets had drawn three games on the bounce on United's own patch, but won for the first time since 1962 when goals from Chris Wood and Jay Rodriguez settled the game last season.

Burnley have won just twice in their last 12 games in the top flight and victory for the hosts would be the first time since the 1975-76 season that United have completed a league double over their opponents.

Half-time: Manchester United 0 Burnley 0

It’s goalless at the break at Old Trafford

Big chance for Burnley

Wood, in a great position once again, can’t get on the end of Tarkowski’s flick from McNeil’s free kick.

Wood continues to cause problems

Tarkowski helps on a set-piece and Wood, on the spin, can’t quite test Henderson.

Greenwood is inches away from giving the home side the lead.

Another good chance for the Clarets

Wood gets in-between Maguire and Lindelof to head Lowton's pinpoint cross goalwards, but the New Zealander fails to hit the target.

United threaten again

Lowton allows Rashford to drift into the box, doesn’t apply pressure on the ball, and Peacock-Farrell is needed to turn the striker’s shot over the crossbar.

Pogba heads over from the resulting corner.

Wan-Bissaka picks up a booking for a late challenge on Brownhill.

Good hands from Peacock-Farrell to keep hold of Greenwood’s centre.
