Worked well on and off the ball. Supported Lowton in defence, providing able cover when the full back burst forward, and always neat and tidy in possession. Covered plenty of ground and used the ball intelligently.

The winger had said in midweek that he'd like to add to his numbers and he duly obliged with two assists. Carried the Clarets forward, moved into the middle to effect play and played with confidence and composure.

Played with a superb tempo and with real purpose. Buzzed around all over the pitch, giving Neves and Dendoncker very little time on the ball and scored a fantastic goal from the edge of the box to round things off.
