The line-up may have changed completely since the heady days of 1970s stardom - but the name hasn’t.

Dr Feelgood still evoke the spirit of no-nonsense rock that captivated an army of loyal followers all those years ago. And they have a back catalogue that has clearly stood the test of time.

Now on Saturday, October 29, Halifax Blues Experience presents the current line-up for a Halloween special at Arden Road Social Club, Halifax which means that new fans can rock alongside those who were there the first time around.

The band was formed in Canvey Island, Essex in 1971 and is best known for early singles like “She Does It Right”, “Roxette”, and “Back in the Night” plus the later biggest hit “Milk and Alcohol”.

The original band featured Wilko Johnson on guitar, singer Lee Brilleaux, John B. Sparks on bass and John Martin on drums.

The current line-up is Kevin Morris (drums), P H Mitchell (bass), Steve Walwyn (guitar) and Robert Kane (vocals).
