Harrogate police officer attacked and punched by drunken male
A man has been arrested after punching a police officer in Harrogate in the early hours of this morning (Friday, September 25).
Officer David Minto was struck in the eye after dealing with the drunk and drugged male at around 2am.
The male was arrested for police assault, as well as being drunk and disorderly, and is now in custody.
