Thousands of pounds is expected to be raised at the two-day event for St John’s Church, Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Whiteknights Emergency Voluntary Service.

There will be a wide selection of local and regional ales and cides available, as well as food.

Roger Ellis, chairman of the event, is convinced that this year will be the biggest yet.

“We are working hard to make sure we put into practice all that we have learned from previous festivals so we can make it just as successful. I would like to urge people to come along and support us and these very worthy charities.”
