Suspicious van delivering stolen leaflets sparks police warning
Police officers are warning residents to keep their doors locked after a suspicious white van was seen delivering stolen Age UK leaflets/plastic clothes bags in the Heptonstall area.
The van was seen twice at 3.45am and 4.30am last week by a local resident driving home.
Officers are advising residents to make sure their doors/windows locked and not to leave anything valuable outside.
A recent theft has been reported this week in the area.
Anyone with information regarding the incident and the van should call police on 101.
