One taken to hospital after fire in Halifax

One person was taken to hospital after a fire in part of Halifax.

Crews from Halifax, Rastrick and Illingworth were called to reports of a blaze in the garden of a house on Backhold Drive in Siddal at 11.47pm on Saturday.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "One person was taken to hospital by paramedics.
