The event on Thursday October 9, 6pm to 8pm, will be in aid of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice and will take place at ROKT Climbing Gym in Brighouse.

Rachel explained: “I lead a busy life and run my own business and wanted to raise money for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice but I don’t have much time to train for a physical endurance event like a marathon.

“So I decided to organise a mental endurance event which just requires two hours of Neuro Linguistic Programming to be able to use mind over matter to walk over hot coals without burning your feet!”

Louise Mortimer from ROKT is helping to organize the event and is confident ROKT customers will be signing up for this mental challenge.

Anyone over 14 years old can register to take part, although 14 -17 year olds require parental or guardian consent.

To register and pay your deposit of £30, you can visit website www.eventbrite.com/e/hot-foot-it-with-friends-walk-over-hot-coals-and-fundraise-tickets-12751077817, call into ROKT or call Rachel Gough on 07550094913.
