Three people rescued from Huddersfield house fire
Elland firefigthers helped rescue three adults from a house fire in Huddersfield.
Along with crews from Huddersfield, they attended the first floor blaze on Moorbottom Road, Thornton Lodge, Huddersfield at 11.45pm.
Four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and positive pressure ventilation was used to combat the fire.
All three casualties were taken to hospital by ambulance suffering from smoke inhalation.
