Woman suffers head injuries in collision with car
A woman was airlifted to hospital after being hit by a car on Rochdale Road, Walsden, on Sunday night.
She suffered head injuries and a broken wrist in the incident, which happened at just before 6pm.
The air ambulance attended and transported her to Leeds General Infirmary, where her injuries were described as serious but not life-threatening.
Rochdale Road was closed at the junction of Top O Th Hill and also by the Summit pub.
Any witnesses are asked to call police via 101.
